Lake County Mediations Reaches Out to Advertise Their Services
Gladys Rosehill, retired real estate professional, sent letters to all of the real estate brokers in Lake County describing LCM’s mediation services. She contacted the larger offices in a follow up telephone call and offered to provide speakers for broker meetings.
Gladys and Terry Dereniuk made a short presentation to the agents of Chatoff Properties in February. They spoke of the mediation process and how it might help the realtors resolve issues before the issues become deal breakers. Gladys also told the audience that they could be a hero to their clients by offering information about LCM to help the clients resolve all kinds of conflicts from neighbor disputes to business issues.
Bill Koehler, past president of LCM, is the expert on election services at LCM. He has led the LCM’S election services over the last two years. To ensure that LCM’s election services are known by organizations such as homeowner’s associations, mutual water companies, and Native American tribes, Bill contacted these organizations and provided them with information about our services.
